Importantly, industrial downtime is minimised, as the products are fast acting and highly effective. Normal cleaning jobs can be done in a few hours; heavier build up of deposits may require multiple applications.

Use of Dynamic Descaler improves plant and equipment efficiency, reduces operational costs, increases the lifetime use of often expensive capital equipment and conserves energy resources.

Dynamic Descaler can be used not only to clean and descale dirty, poorly performing and inefficient plant, equipment and machinery, but can be used proactively in preventative maintenance regimes and schedules.
Dynamic Descaler Original and Dynamic Descaler 518 are biodegradable and so are safe for our environment, unlike a number of alternatives such as highly acidic descalers and chemical descalers which not only can be highly damaging to plant and animal life, but often are less effective and more expensive.

Both products are self neutralising when used as directed, and the non-toxic, mildly acidic residues after use can be rinsed away with water.

In some cases, minimal addition of biodegradable, non-toxic, non-hazardous neutralising agents may be required to achieve pH neutrality. Both products are safe for use by maintenance staff when used as directed.

The products have a pleasant odour and do not emit any obnoxious, harmful or unpleasant vapours when used as directed.

ASTM International, originally known as the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), was formed in 1898, and develops and maintains consensus standards that have made materials, products and services safer, better and more cost-effective worldwide. The standards developed at ASTM are the work of over 30,000 ASTM members. These technical experts represent producers, users, consumers, government and academia from over 120 countries.
Using the same procedure as used by the US Navy, small plates of copper nickel (90/10 and 70/30) are used – most heat exchangers, condensers and evaporators use this type of material. The results of 3 tests are reproduced here, demonstrating the superior performance of Dynamic Descaler. The 3 tests show that, not only is Dynamic Descaler is less corrosive, but Dynamic Descaler is also faster and more effective in removing / dissolving calcareous deposits.

Because Dynamic Descaler conforms to the same rigorous standards of safety, efficiency and effectiveness, all Dynamic Descaler products are approved for use with the US Navy. In addition, Dynamic Descaler is also an approved product with the UK’s Royal Navy and many leading international companies.
